This technique is essential if we ever want to take a proactive approach to resolving our day to day stressors, our inability to set boundaries with ourselves or others and for overwhelming emotions and panic attacks. The inhale movement stimulates and strengthens the sympathetic nervous system, while the exhale movement strengthens the parasympathetic nervous system. The movement done together promotes a strong and healthy functioning autonomic nervous system.

This movement also targets the adrenal glands, balancing our endocrine system. Lastly, when this movement is done with consistent and quick paced rhythm, it activates fresh stem cell distribution to the brain and theta brain wave states. This is the foundation and activation of the new you!

Inhale up, exhale down.
Nasal breath only. Eyes closed and on the third eye.
When complete, make sure to end with an inhale hold and then an exhale hold out, finally coming back to neutral before relaxing in the post “cat-cow” stretch
