We may not admit or notice it at first, but we all have rules that govern our lives. Most of them go unnoticed as they seem to offer us more benefit than harm. Sometimes, however, a rule has helped at one point but no longer helps. This module is all about recognizing and acknowledging that these “shoulds” are perhaps not serving you any longer.
Things get more complex as our relationship with our “rules” begins to govern and make our lives even more complex.

Homework

Review this video once more. Write down the food rules that are going on in your mind. How are they helping you? How are they hurting you? How have they aided you in your life and how are they currently inhibiting your health, and nutritional goals (such as the ones mentioned in the videos below).
